End-User License Agreement (EULA)
Last updated: October 5, 2026
This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and Fieldcraft Home (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) concerning your use of any software application, integration, connector, or related services we provide that connect to Intuit QuickBooks Online or other third-party accounting platforms (collectively, the “Software”).
By installing, authorizing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
1. License grant
Subject to this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for your internal business purposes in connection with a QuickBooks Online company you are authorized to access.
2. Restrictions
You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Software except where applicable law prohibits this restriction; (b) rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software; (c) use the Software to violate any law or third-party right; (d) attempt to bypass security or access controls; or (e) use the Software with a QuickBooks company you are not authorized to access.
3. Intuit and QuickBooks Online
The Software may interoperate with Intuit Inc. products and services, including QuickBooks Online. Your use of Intuit products is governed by Intuit’s own terms and policies. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit except as an independent developer using Intuit’s APIs under Intuit’s developer requirements. We do not warrant Intuit’s services.
4. Authorization and data access
If you connect the Software to QuickBooks Online, you authorize us to access accounting data in the connected company solely to provide the features you request (for example, reading company information, invoices, bills, vendors, customers, and related records, and writing records when you ask us to). You are responsible for keeping your Intuit credentials secure and for revoking access in the Intuit/QuickBooks apps settings when you no longer want the Software connected.
5. Ownership
We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the Software. This EULA does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property. QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, and related marks are trademarks of Intuit Inc.
6. Updates and availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue the Software at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that Intuit APIs will remain available or unchanged.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE OR THIS EULA, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SOFTWARE OR THIS EULA WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fieldcraft Home and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Software, your violation of this EULA, or your violation of any third-party rights or Intuit terms.
10. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. We may terminate it at any time if you breach it or if we discontinue the Software. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and revoke any related Intuit app authorizations. Sections that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimer, limitation of liability, and indemnity) will survive.
11. Privacy
Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy at https://fieldcrafthome.com/wpautoterms/privacy-policy/.
12. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections of your jurisdiction apply.
