Grossing Up is a tax gross-up calculator for iPhone, iPad and Mac, made by Fieldcraft Home (Zachary Fields) in Franklin, Tennessee, USA. This policy explains how the app handles your information. The short version: the app does not collect, save or send any of your information.

Information we collect

We do not collect any information. Grossing Up has no accounts or sign-in, and it does not connect to the internet.

What the app stores on your device

Nothing. The amounts, tax rates and rounding choices you enter are used only to do the calculation while the app is open. The app does not save them, and they are cleared when you tap Reset or quit the app.

Clipboard

When you tap the copy button, the app places the result on your device’s clipboard so you can paste it somewhere else. It only does this when you tap the button. The app never reads your clipboard. Typing or pasting a number into a field is handled by your device’s normal keyboard and paste features.

Third parties, analytics, ads and tracking

• We do not sell or share your information, because we do not have it

Children’s privacy

Grossing Up is a business and finance tool and is not directed at children. It does not collect any information from children or from anyone else.

Deleting your data

The app does not keep any data, so there is nothing to delete. Tap Reset to clear the current calculation at any time. Deleting the app removes it completely from your device. Because we never receive your data, there is nothing for us to delete on our end.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the app handles information, we will update this page and change the effective date above. If a change is significant, we will update this policy before the change takes effect.
